It is used in creams and lotions to act as an emulsifier, while it also helps to hydrate, replenish and repair the skin due to its essential fatty acid content.

Best cream I've ever tried for Keratosis Pilaris!

After seeing a dermatologist and trying different creams on the market, I stumbled upon this Dormer cream and it has worked amazingly! It's just too bad they do not make the lotion format anymore. This cream version works just as well but a little thicker to apply. Great product!

It’s not awful, but it hasn’t worked for me.
